Club members enjoy same-day or guaranteed next-day service during business hours. Your appointments go right to the top of our priority list, no long waits, cancellations, postponements, or waitlists for any of your plumbing and water heater needs.
Regular Yearly Maintenance Services (Included Free)
You'll receive these routine services during your annual inspection appointment at no additional cost:
- Annual home plumbing inspection (normally $310)
- Conventional tank water heater flushing (normally $189)
- Tankless water heater flush (normally $298)
- Drain cleaning, one drain only: shower, bathtub, lavatory, or kitchen (normally $420)
Excludes toilet, main line, or pull/reset toilet service. Intended for routine maintenance only. Clogged or slow-draining lines do not qualify and would be scheduled as a separate service call.

Members save 15% on:
- Repairs, replacements, and installations
- Diagnostics and estimates
- Standard after-hours, weekend, or holiday fees

Extended Warranty for Peace of Mind
We match the manufacturer's labor warranty on any equipment we install while your membership is active:
- Plumbing fixtures (sinks, faucets, toilets, etc.): 1 year for members, versus 30 days for non-members
- All water heater installations, tankless or conventional: 2 years for members, versus 1 year for non-members
Membership Terms
- Maintenance services are performed once every 12 months, starting on the date of signing.
- The minimum membership term is 12 months. Early cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
- Membership is $300/year, renewing automatically on the card on file 365 days from purchase.
- Unused services do not carry over between 12-month periods, and no credits are issued.
- Membership is non-transferable and valid only for the address on the original purchase agreement.
